Sandra is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) at Kogarah Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic. She holds a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
Sandra is passionate about improving quality of life through movement, education, and ongoing support. She delivers evidence-based exercise therapy aimed at empowering individuals to better manage their health, build physical capacity, and move with confidence.
She has experience working across a broad range of clinical presentations, including cardiac, pulmonary, metabolic, musculoskeletal, neurological, falls prevention, and mental health conditions. Sandra takes a client-centred approach, prioritising open communication and individualised programming to ensure each person feels supported, motivated, and actively involved in their rehabilitation journey.
Sandra believes exercise is a powerful tool for long-term health and independence and is committed to supporting individuals to achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes through structured and progressive exercise-based care.
