Associate Physiotherapist

Kareena Braunig

Kareena is a qualified Physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra, a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from Western Sydney University, and qualifications in remedial massage and massage therapy.

Kareena takes a patient-centred approach, helping her patients manage pain, improve function and return to the activities that matter most to them.

Her background in sport and exercise science provides her with a strong understanding of how the body moves and responds to exercise, while her training and experience in remedial massage complement her physiotherapy approach to musculoskeletal care.

Kareena is passionate about developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans that are practical, evidence-informed and tailored to each person’s goals. She enjoys working collaboratively with patients to build confidence in movement and support a gradual return to the activities they enjoy.
