Emily graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. She has developed strong experience in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, managing a broad spectrum of conditions across both acute and chronic presentations.
Emily has worked extensively with clients under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Workers’ Compensation Claims (WCC), and the Enhanced Primary Care Medicare Scheme (EPC). She is skilled in navigating these frameworks while maintaining a high standard of clinical care and clear communication.
Her clinical interests are centred on musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation, with particular involvement in surfing, swimming, and gym-based exercise. Emily also works closely with individuals managing persistent and complex conditions, tailoring rehabilitation programs to suit each person’s goals, capacity, and lifestyle.
Emily integrates exercise-based rehabilitation with appropriate manual therapy techniques, including Pilates-based exercise and dry needling, to improve movement efficiency, support recovery, and reduce injury recurrence. She takes a holistic approach to care, addressing not only symptoms but also contributing movement patterns and lifestyle factors.
She places strong emphasis on patient education and collaborative treatment planning, ensuring individuals feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.
